Alarm

In diesem Beitrag wiederholen wir Warnmeldungen aus dem RASFF-System der Europäischen Kommission des letzten Monats, die wir für bemerkenswert halten.

 

Wir verzichten darauf, die Meldungen zu allen Mykotoxin- und Salmonellen-Grenzwertüberschreitungen zu wiederholen, sondern zeigen nur eine Auswahl, um Sie auf nicht allgemein bekannte Risiken hinzuweisen. Wir möchten Sie jedoch darauf aufmerksam machen, dass in zahlreichen Fällen auch fehlende Allergeninformationen als schwerwiegend eingestuft wurden.
