We were there: 14th European Food Sure Summit in Madrid

The 14th European Food Sure Summit in Madrid provided a perfect platform for ca. 200 participants from all over Europe to discuss current food safety issues.

 

The AGROLAB GROUP sponsored a "round table" and hosted around 20 top managers from international food companies such as Nestlé, Barilla and Cargill.

 

Dr Frank Mörsberger chose the topic "PFAS - another analytical hype or a permanent challenge?" for his presentation, which was met with lively interest by the participants, as was also evident from the questions in the subsequent discussion.
